All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for store credit or refund. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. If the returned item was shipped for free and the return disqualifies the original order amount for free shipping, shipping costs will be reinstated at the point of return and will be subtracted from your store credit or refund.
If you would like a refund to your credit card or paypal account rather than store credit, a 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed. International orders may only be returned for store credit.
